Spit braai Cape Town catering costs between R116 and R272 per person, and Spitbraais publishes every rate on the site rather than hiding it behind a quote form. We bring the spit, the fire and the chef to your venue anywhere from the Atlantic Seaboard to the Winelands, cook a whole lamb at 600 g a head, serve it, and clear everything away.

Our spit braai menus

The menu is the meat: lamb, pork, chicken, beef, or lamb with a second meat alongside. What comes with it does not change — garlic roast potatoes, fresh rolls, the spit and gas, a gazebo, chafing trays, a chef for the whole cook, and everything cleared away after.

Halaal-friendly spit braai

Halaal meat from a halaal butcher, prepared on dedicated equipment. Same per-head rates as every other booking — no halaal surcharge.

Spit braai hire

Just the equipment, if you would rather run the fire yourself.
